Who We Are
Matt Goolsby
Matt Goolsby, P.E., CFM, ENV SP is an engineer with over 15 years of experience in stormwater engineering, floodplain analysis, and resilience planning. Based on Florida, Matt has led engineering efforts for major projects across the state. As a former contractor with FEMA, has also been involved with post disaster recovery and mitigation efforts across the country. He is the creator of ClearCast.
